Team B "Vacation getaway"

Hello all, hope your summer has been a good one.  I know I have been super busy with road trips, camping, concerts and just getting together with friend's and family for a BBQ here and there and of course work.  I will definitely be welcoming Fall with a nice little break.

We are continuing on with some more "vacation getaway" layouts and we hope that you will continue to join us for your chance to win that nice prize package.

Vacation Getaway!

Hello all! Hope everyone has had a great summer so far (well, all you Northern Hemisphere people)! Even though I know you've all been busy with the activities and trips and there's still a month of summer left, we hope you'll play along with us and this fun theme, which is perfect for this month's prompt. August's challenge is "vacation" and so that means scrap a place you've been or perhaps a place you'd like to go. And we'd also like to offer the idea of expanding your creativeness, like perhaps a mini book (perfect for a vacation!) or even something different like a sewing project (like a beach blanket for your Maine Lobster cookout vacation) or piece of jewelry (from your trip to the Bahamas, that shell on the beach you made into a cute necklace), you get the idea.

And now here's what the CT girls came up with;

Please remember to upload your pictures into the new Flickr group here so we can all see them. One person will win the prize this month of an assortment of K&Company, Making Memories and other fun scrapbook products.

The Creative Type is trying to expand and grow in many ways. In the coming weeks we'll post some tutorial videos and we're going to try to do a monthly mini-project. We're interested in your feedback and would appreciate any ideas you want to throw our way!
